Richard Ramirez, "The Night Stalker." He was active when I was in elementary school and people were scared. You'll see in the video that a crowd almost beat him to death. Mostly, focus on how much his early life sucked. He might have been born with some psychopathic leanings, but he family life almost certainly really screwed him up., like having a cousin bragging about killing and raping when he was in Vietnam and later watching him kill his wife when Richard was only 13.

Richard Ramirez: made a serial killer.
This is a long confession by Dennis Rader, the BTK killer. He tortured and killed 10 women. If you go to the parts where he talks about the killings, you can see how cold he is. He talks about killing people almost bored (no guilt, shame, anxiety). He is a true psychopath: as detached from humanity as he was prepared and methodical in his planning. Watch him confess terrible horrible things (you've been warned) with no emotion at 6min, 12min, and 20min and probably other places as well. A true psychopath.
Jeffery Dahmer killed 17 men and ate parts of some of them. He is more complex in that while some say he's clearly a psychopath, others disagree and think he was Borderline Personality Disorder with some Anti-Social traits (just not a pure psychopath). His confession seems to show guilt and remorse even though it's clear what his sentence will be: life in prison (there was no death penalty at the time of his crimes in his area). If you read more on Dahmer you'll see many of the complexities that prevent a simple definition among which are his homosexuality that he felt he must repress because of the prevailing values at the time. He's mother's mental stability, his father's disengagement, etc... All this could have made him act out in a way that ultimately according to many would make him a sociopath (made), rather than a psychopath (born). It could very well be that like others he has more than one personality disorder (Anti-Social: psychopathology, and Borderline Personality Disorder...?)
Compare Jeffery Dahmer with Dennis Radar (BTK) and see how his is more apologetic and downtrodden about the whole affair. Not as much of a psychopath, like Radar. Start at 2:50min?

Elliot Rodger: The Lonely Vlog. Here he talks about how lonely he is and wanting of affection and attention that he thinks he deserves. We still don't know fully what was wrong with him besides him being a misogynist and spree killer at UCSB in 2014.

Diane Downs. A woman with Anti-Social Personality, Borderline, and Narcissistic Personality Disorders. She killed attempted to kill her 3 children (killing 1) so she could be with a man who didn't want children. But there's so much more to her story.
Watch her eating up attention and laughing while eating up attention and reenacting the events in which her children were killed not long before.

Diane Downs. Watch what she says at 14 minuites about children. This is all after her 3 kids were shot and one died. This type of behavior was a big part of what lead police to look to the inprobable option of her, the kid's mother, being a suspect.
Ed Kemper. Killed 10 people including his grandparents when he was 15. Jailed as a schizophrenic, he eventually tricked his jailers that he was o.k., let go and killed more people, including his mother. A genius IQ, who stands at 6'9" and a true psychopath: Kemper is scary.
This is the 1st of 5 videos with her. She's an example of a psychopath that wasn't abused and doens't hurt people. She's just a lawyer and figured out over time that something is different about her. I would encourage watching the other 4 videos, especially the second one right here:

People with Anti Social Personality Disorder have little empathy, disregard for the feelings and rights of others, don't learn from past mistakes, are impulsive, AND can be charming when they want to be.
