Awake Brain Surgery (Intraoperative Brain Mapping). This guy is playing guitar while the make a map down to the tumor. If they stimulate an area and his playing falters, they''ll try to find another way to the tumor.

This is a big giant "bruise" under the skull. It causes pressure and brain damage and needs to be dealt with. Most commonly caused by accidents/trauma...elderly and alcoholics can get them more easily too.

Good 8min tumor resection. Large tumor and you get to see a lot of how the brain is opened and closed. Fun.
